7.1.4 Mode switching time
When the USB cable is connected, the ISP1110 is in USB mode. When the USB cable is
removed and the UART cable is connected, the ISP1110 may switch to UART mode as
long as the VBUSDET output is LOW. On the other hand, if the UART cable is removed
and the USB cable is connected, the ISP1110 can switch to USB mode.
