3.7.43 SetBCDOffset
This Long Range Reader command writes a new BCD (BitClockDelay) -Offset value into the
EEPROM of the read/write device. This value adjusts the difference of the timing between
HITAG 1 and HITAG 2 transponders.
ATTENTION: It is not necesarry to use this command when working with Philips
Semiconductors Long Range Readers because EEPROM is already initialized to following
standard value:
