3.8.7 ReadSecret_LT
This command reads HITAG 2 personalization data (4 data bytes) from the EEPROM of the
read/write device.
Access rights are verified automatically by the read/write device before this command is executed.
If a Read command is not permitted, Status is set to -13 (EEPROM READ PROTECTED).
