Device Revision. Bits 4,3,2,and 1 form the revision level for the device.
Rolling Shutter Holdoff enable bit. When set to 1, Holdoff is enabled.
Same as bond pad 35. When set to 1, the analog input that is connected
to bond pad 71is digitized and output as the last pixel of each frame.
When set to 0, the last pixel is digitized and output.
