Test Serial Data Out (5V Tolerant Three-state Output):
JTAG serial data is output on this pin on the falling edge of
TCK. This pin is held in high impedance state when JTAG is
not enabled.
Test Reset (5V Tolerant Input with internal pull-up):
Asynchronously initializes the JTAG TAP controller by putting it
in the Test-Logic-Reset state. This pin should be pulsed low
during power-up to ensure that the device is in the normal
functional mode.
Device Reset (5V Tolerant Input with internal pull-up): This
input (active LOW) puts the device in its reset state that
disables the LSTo0 - 63 driver and drives the BSTo0 - 63,
LCSTo-3 outputs to high. It also clears the device registers and
internal counters. To ensure proper reset action, the reset pin
must be held low for longer than 500ns. A delay of 100 s must
also be applied before the first microprocessor access is
performed after the RESET pin is set high, this delay is
required for the initialization of the APLL.
