Data Bytes
The VBI_WORD_4 to VBI_WORD_N + 3 contains the data-
words that were decoded by the VDP in the transmission order.
The position of bits in bytes is in the inverse transmission order.
For example, closed captioning has two user data bytes, as
shown in Table 78.
