Call is a two-part message. It begins with a salve address and a write condition. After the command code the host
issues a write count M that describes how many more bytes will be written in the first part of the message. The
second part of the message is a block of read data beginning with a repeated start condition followed by thee salve
address and a Read Bit. The next read byte count N indicates how many more data will be read in the second part of
the message. Note that the combined data payload must not exceed 32bytes. Besides, W83791D also provides
packet error code (PEC) to insure the accuracy during data transmission.
