Reset Timing
As long as the stable supply voltages to reset High timing (minimum of 10ms) are met, there is no power-sequencing
requirement when the KSZ8851-16MLL use a single 3.3V power supply with internal 1.8V LDO. It is also requirement the
power-sequencing to power up the 1.8V voltage earlier than VDDIO voltage if the internal 1.8V LDO is not used. At least,
the both 1.8V voltage and VDDIO voltage should come up at the same time when do not using the internal 1.8V LDO.
The reset timing requirement is summarized in the Figure 13 and Table 17.
