Data In Pass Through (DIN_PT) : Puts the QF1Da512 in Bypass mode

1 = Data pass through, dSDO pin outputs the data on the dSDI pin
Filter Enable (FILT_EN) : Enable the Signal processing blocks and data path
0 = Configuration mode, cSDO pin outputs the configuration register.
