level. Check the connection to your target. Check the target power. Check
the target’s TDO pin.
Option /CPUPOS= out of range
The number specified with the option /CPUPOS= must be less or equal to
the number of parts minus 1.

The option /CPUPOS= points to a part not a IDT RC64145 (32bit). The part
may be switched to the 64bit JTAG mode.
