1. General
The program JTAG145 uses the JTAG port of the IDT RC64145 embedded
controller in conjunction with the small JTAG-BOOSTER:
All functions are done without any piece of software running in the target. No
firmware or BIOS must be written. Bootstrap software may be downloaded to
initially unprogrammed memories.

distribution disk.
