7. Click OK to close the Add State window.
Add the Yellow State Machine Transition
1. Right Click Yellow and select Edit.
2. Click Add.
3. In the Name field, enter YellowRed.
4. In the Expression field, enter YellowCount>=30.
5. Set Transition From field to Yellow, and Transition To field to Red.
6. Click OK to close the Add Transition window.
7. Click OK to close the Add State window.
8. Click OK to close the State Machine Transfer Function TrafficState window.
