00 years. Please take into account the first two digits when handling years in
the western calendar.
A leap year is divisible by 4 excluding a year divisible by 100; the year divisible
by 100 is not considered to be a leap year. Any year divisible by 400 is a leap
year. This product is considered the year divisible by 4 to be a leap year and
does not take into account the above exceptions. It needs adjustments for the
exceptions.
