3.8.4 WriteEEPROM
This command writes new personalization data (4 data bytes) into the EEPROM of the read/write
device.
This command requires the old data to be transmitted as well, which means that data can only be
changed if the user knows the old written data.
Access rights and conformity between the sent old data and the stored data are verified before
command execution.
