Control_LT (only HITAG 2):
Control_LT (located in EEPROM of the read/write device) controls write accesses to the
following data:

You cannot change bits that have once been set to 0 !

If the HITAG 2 transponder is in Password or Crypto Mode and a GetSnr_LT command is
processed, the incoming Password TAG of the transponder is checked whether it matches with
the Password TAG of the reader. If it doesn’t, the read/write device transmits the error-
message INCORRECT PASSWORD TAG to the host.
We recommend to activate „Check PW TAG“ (set bit 1 to zero) in order to increase the
security for GetSnr_LT and PollTags commands.
