The eZ80F92 device features 128 KB (131,072 bytes) of non-volatile Flash memory with
Read/Write/Erase capability. The main Flash memory array is arranged in 128 pages with
eight rows per page and 128 bytes per row. In addition to main Flash memory, there are
two separately-addressable rows which comprise a 256-byte Information Page.
The 128 KB of main storage can be protected in eight 16 KB blocks. Protecting a 16 KB
block prevents Write or Erase operations.
