When a signal-fail event occurs, an interrupt is
generated on the SigFail bit in the RXAPS
register. This bit is cleared when read.
When an LOS occurs, the SigDetInt bit in the
SECINT register is set to 1. This bit is cleared
when the register is read. Once the signal is
recovered, the SigDetInt bit is set to 1 again,
generating another interrupt.
