(F073) used to identify the Cu Wire Materials.

Change Type Description: Marking Method
Description of Change (From): Use of special flowcode for Cu devices.
Description of Change (To): Remove flowcode used for Cu devices and convert the standard
part to Cu wire.
Reason for Change : The previous notification indicated that a special flow code was
established to specifically order parts with copper wire. That was our first phase of
implementation where we were transitioning from Au to Cu wire. The transition phase is now
complete. We will now remove the special flowcode and convert the standard part to Cu wire.
Cu wire and Au wire devices will be ship interchangeably for an interim period of time until Au
wire inventory is depleted and then fully converted to Cu wire.
Product Id Description : This change will affect Discrete products assembled in the
SuperSOT6 package at Cebu. The products affected by this change are listed below in
the "Affected FSIDs" section.
