Pixel Readout (x_odd_inc = 3, y_odd_inc = 1)
This will skip two rows/columns during readout and is equivalent to the skip2 readout
mode provided by earlier Aptina sensors. The effect of the different subsampling settings
on the pixel array readout is shown in Figures 14 through 17.
