SetRstEHEn
On receiving the SetRstEHEn command, the M24LR16E-R sets or resets the EH_enable bit
in the volatile Control register. The Protocol_extension_flag should be set to 0 for the
M24LR16E-R to operate correctly. If the Protocol_extension_flag is at 1, the M24LR16E-R
answers with an error code. The Option_flag and the Inventory_flag are not supported.
