The Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) allows high-speed, full-duplex synchronous data transfer
between the AT89LP51RD2/ED2/ID2 and peripheral devices or between multiple microcon-
troller devices, including multiple masters and slaves on a single bus. The SPI includes the
following features:
