6.3 Subsystem Clock Oscillator Control Functions

The PD753017 subsystem clock oscillator has the following two control functions.
• Selects by software whether an on-chip feedback resistor is to be used or not
• Reduces current consumption by decreasing the drive current of the on-chip inverter when the supply current
