better. For the rows of Fan1 and Fan4, all of the temperatures are de-asserted, which means
Fan1/Fan4 and the temperature are irrelevant. Thus they are in the manual mode under this setting.
For Fan2, it is clear that it is relative to temperature 1 and 2, so it will activate SmartFan control with
temperature 1/2 as its input.
