From still to rotate, the fan usually needs a higher fan output value to generate enough torque to
conquer the restriction force. Thus the W83795G/ADG includes a FOSV (Fan Output Start-up Value) to
turn on the fan with the specified output value. (Please refer to Smart Fan Control Parameters
Figure)

It takes some time to bring a fan from still to working state. Therefore, F1ONV - F8ONV are designed
with a minimum fan output to keep the fan working when the system does not require the fan to help
reduce heat but still want to keep the fast response time to speed up the fan. (Please refer to Smart
Fan Control Parameters Figure)
