value of 5A (hex) should be written to the relevant threshold register.

TControl is typically -10 to -20 for PECI-enabled CPUs. Base on that, a value of 85 ~100 for Tbase
could be set for proper operation of the fan control circuit. This recommendation is applicable for most
designs. In general, the concept presented in this section could be used to determine the optimum value
of TControl to match the specific application.
