register (TCSR) is set to 1.
Bit 4 – Timer overflow Interrupt Enable (OVIE): Selects whether to request a free-running
timer overflow interrupt (FOVI) when the timer overflow flag (OVF) in the timer status/control
register (TCSR) is set to 1.
