Compare Match Flag
Indicates that a compare match occurs between the
refresh timer counter (RTCNT) and refresh time constant
register (RTCOR).
[Clearing condition]
When 0 is written to this bit after reading RTCSR with
CMF = 1.
[Setting condition]
When RTCNT value matches RTCOR value
Reserved
This bit is always read as 0. The write value should
always be 0.
Clock Select
Select the clock input to count-up the refresh timer
counter (RTCNT).
