having the same Unit number set.
IO Controller Unit response
The Unit will stop processing.
CIO Area Flags allocated to the IO Controller Unit
None of the bits is set.
Correction
Correct the Unit number of the IO Controller or the other Unit. Restart the PLC.

The PROFINET lO Controller detected that PLC CPU Unit is faulty.

Correction
