The ROW_PROGRAM command instructs the PE to
program a row of data at a specified address.
The data to be programmed to memory, located in com-
mand words Data_1 through Data_128, must be
arranged using the packed instruction word format
shown in Table 16-4.

The READ command instructs the PE to read the instruc-
tion Length field that contains the number of 32-bit words
of Flash memory, including Configuration Words,
starting from the 32-bit address specified by the
Addr_Low and Addr_High fields. This command can
only be used to read 32-bit data. All data returned in
response to this command uses the packed data format
that is shown in Table 16-5.
