channels can be accessed via the IOM
page 108 for details.
EOC
Basically the EOC channel can be accessed via MON-0 messages. However, internal
processing, manipulation and filtering of the EOC messages could take place
automatically, depending on the mode chosen. For details see section 4.2.2, page 110.
