The PEB/F 2091 is available in three packages, P-LCC-44, T-QFP-64 and M-QFP-64.
The detailed pin configurations of these three packages are given in section 2.1 below.
Section 2.2 on page 32 provides a detailed definition and a brief functional description of
all pins, for both stand-alone and microprocessor modes. Section 2.3 on page 48 closes
this chapter with an overview of different µP interface modes supported by the IEC-Q.
