The PCF85162 is a versatile peripheral device designed to interface between any
microprocessor or microcontroller to a wide variety of LCD segment or dot matrix displays
(see
backplanes and up to 32 segments.
The possible display configurations of the PCF85162 depend on the number of active
backplane outputs required. A selection of display configurations is shown in
