The set baud rate command sets the baud rate for communications with the local
EmbeddedBlue module.

The baud rate value. Valid baud rates are 9600 (default),
19200, 38400, 57600, 115200, and 230400. Once the baud
rate has been set, applications, such as HyperTerminal,
must also be configured to the same baud rate to continue
communicating with the eb500.
An optional parameter used to persist the new setting when
the module is powered down.
