13.2 ATM UTOPIA Interface Logic
The CN8237 ATM UTOPIA interface logic consists of the I/O drivers required to
communicate with the external framer device, together with adaptation logic
required to convert between either the UTOPIA or slave UTOPIA interface
protocol, and the internal byte streams. Configuration pins FRCFG and
UTOPIA1 determine whether the UTOPIA or slave UTOPIA protocol is used and
whether it is level 1 or level 2.

the FRCFG and UTOPIA1 inputs according to
