The ISP1508 has been tested according to the additional requirements listed in Universal Serial Bus Specification Rev. 2.0,
Section 7.1.1 . The short circuit withstand test and the AC stress test were performed for 24 hours, and the ISP1508 was found to be fully
operational after the test completed.
The ISP1508 has been tested in-house according to the IEC 61000-4-2 standard on the DP and DM pins. It is recommended that
customers perform their own ESD tests, depending on application requirements.
