4.6 Physical description
The Solid State Drive (SSD) contains a single chip controller and Flash memory modules. The controller
interfaces with a host system allowing data to be written to and read from the Flash memory modules.
The SSD is offered in a 2.5’’ package with a standard 2.0mm pitch 44-pin connector consisting of two rows
of 22 male contacts with a key pin. Beside the connector the SSD can configured with a Jumper as
Master/Slave/Cable Select. Figure 14 and Figure 15 show SSD dimensions and connector location.
