2.1 Initializing the ISP1582/83 registers
The initialization routine depends on the application targeted, such as mass storage and
GDMA, for the ISP1582/83. The routine has most of the initializations common to all
applications, except for the DMA Configuration and DMA Hardware registers that
determine the function of the ISP1582/83.
