multipliers using Cyclone III M9K memory blocks. You can use M9K
blocks as look-up tables (LUTs) that contain partial results from the
multiplication of input data with coefficients that implements variable
depth/width high-performance soft multipliers for low-cost,
high-volume DSP applications. The availability of soft multipliers
increases the number of multipliers available within the device.
