Lost Frame Number (LST_NU):
When LST_FR=1 (Set5.Reg4. Bit6), Reg6 is replaced to LST_NU, that is 8-bit register and read
RFLFH will return 0. When read the register of RFLFH will pop-up another frame status and frame
length if FSFDR=1 (Set5.Reg4.Bit7).
