15.4 Data Pointer High Register (DPH)
This register is the high byte of the 16-bit data pointer. DPL and DPH are used to point to non-scratchpad
data RAM.

Function
Power down (Stop) mode enable. Setting this bit causes the MiDAS1.0 family to go into
the POWER DOWN mode. In this mode all the clocks are stopped and program
execution is frozen.
This bit doubles the serial port baud rate in mode 1, 2, and 3 when set to 1.
0: SCON.7 controls the SM0 function defined for the SCON register.
Not implemented, reserved for future use.
Note: User software should not write 1s to reserved bits. These bits may be used in
future products to invoke new features. In that case, the reset or inactive value of the
new bit will be 0, and its active value will be 1.
Power Off flag. When power-on, this bit will be set by H/W.

Idle mode enable. Setting this bit causes the MiDAS1.0 family to go into the IDLE mode.
In this mode the clocks to the CPU are stopped, so program execution is frozen. But the
clock to the peripherals and interrupt blocks is not stopped, and these blocks continue
operating.
