Operating Mode
The data used to calculate the checksum is listed in Table 15-15.

Even when a part of the flash memory is written, the check-
sum of the entire flash memory area (C000H to FFFH) is cal-
culated.
The data length, address, record type and checksum in Intel
Hex format are not included in the checksum.
