If these bits are read, they will return an undefined
value.
The pin state is always read from this register. Bit 2
is reserved for the 145-pin version.
If this register is read, the PJDR values are read for
the bits with the corresponding PJDDR bits set to 1.
For the bits with the corresponding PJDDR bits
cleared to 0, the pin states are read.

Reserved
These bits are always read as 0. Only the initial
values should be written to these bits.
Setting a PJODR bit to 1 makes the corresponding
pin an NMOS open-drain output pin, while clearing
a PJODR bit to 0 makes the corresponding pin a
CMOS output pin.
