The WAIT and STOP instructions put the MCU in low-power-
consumption standby modes.
The WAIT instruction has no effect on the oscillator logic. OSCXCLK
continues to drive to the SIM module.
The STOP instruction disables the OSCXCLK output.
The oscillator continues drive OSCXCLK when the chip enters the break
state.
