C3 pin of SLIC-P is typically connected to IO2 pin of SLICOFI-2. For extremely power-sensitive applications
using external ringing the C3 pin can be connected to GND. In this case, SEL-SLIC[1:0] in register BCR1 has
to be set to 10.
