The JTAG device ID for the MT90528 is 1052814Bh:
Note that by mistake, two Zarlink products (MT90520 and MT90528) have been coded with the same Part Number
into the JTAG Device ID Register.
4.8.3
The TAP Controller of the MT90528 supports the following instructions: IDCODE, BYPASS, EXTEST, SAMPLE,
HIGHZ, CLAMP.
4.8.4
A BSDL (Boundary Scan Description Language) file is available from Zarlink Semiconductor to aid in the use of the
IEEE 1149 test interface.
