Address bus.
When IF_CFG is set to 1 (16-bit mode) it is
recommended to connect signal A0 (ball H2) to GND
via pull-down resistor to maintain backwards
compatibility.
When IF_CFG is set to 0 (8-bit mode) these balls
may be left floating.
