The low speed clock(LSCLK) starts to be supplied at the same time as the high speed clock (HSCLK). See
Chapter 6.3.2, “High-Speed Clock” for more detail about the high speed clock generation.
The low-speed clock generation circuit stops the oscillation in STOP mode. When oscillation is resumed by
releasing of the STOP mode by external interrupt, HSCLK and LSCLK is supplied to the peripheral circuits at
the same time, after the elapse of the low-speed oscillation start period (T
oscillation stabilization period (128 counts). For STOP mode, see Chapter 4, “MCU Control Function”.
