There are four operating states of a speech codec, depending on the settings in the following two registers:
The four oparting states are “stop state,” “single-channel operating state-CH0,” “single-channel operating
state-CH1,” and “2-channel operating state CH0&CH1.” Figure 21 is the transition diagram of the operation status
of a speech codec.
