This bit selects the reference clock source for the EEPROM-1 and
EEPROM-2 timebase divider modules.
When EEMONSEC is set the entire EEPROM array cannot be
accessed in monitor mode unless a valid security code is entered.
This read-only bit is used to indicate that the MC68HC908AZ32A is
an ‘A’ suffix version HC08 rather than a non-’A’.
