This register specifies the number of 8 ns periods between decrements of Multicast_Rate_Accumulator. The
minimum value of one results in a decrement once every 8 ns, or a total multicast/broadcast packet rate of
125,000,000 per second. This register’s maximum value of 1,048,575 results in a total multicast/broadcast packet
rate of 119 per second.
